Shipping
Shrimpyshop ships orders after payment using PostNL. The delivery of your order will be handled by PostNL. We will only proceed with shipping after payment for the order has been received.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 days after ordering. We aim for the fastest delivery possible. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you on the same or next working day. The likelihood of us being unable to deliver due to insufficient stock is very low, as our products are not available for ordering if they are out of stock; we will first replenish our inventory.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is large enough for parcel shipment, we will provide you with your Track & Trace number after the package has been handed over to PostNL.
When You're Not Home
If you are not at home when the mail carrier arrives, they will leave a notification for you to arrange for redelivery the next day. If you are not home the following day either, the mail carrier will leave the package at the local post office. Information about this will be left in your mailbox by the mail carrier. Please ensure you pick up the package within 3 days from the post office; after this period, the mail carrier will return the package to Shrimpyshop. If this occurs, Shrimpyshop will contact you to discuss how we can ensure you receive the package. For a second delivery attempt, additional shipping costs will be incurred.

Shipping costs are based on the rates of Post NL. Free shipping thresholds for different countries:
- Netherlands: Orders of €75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Belgium, Germany, France, Italy: Orders of €100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Poland: Orders of €125.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Estonia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Ireland: Orders of €150.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia: Orders of €175.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Bulgaria: Orders of €200.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Refund & Returns • Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance with returns or exchanges. To receive compensation for deceased animals, it is essential to take photos of the dead animals in their original unopened packaging and send them to us.
